Hi Matt and Amy, Once again we are indebted to you two for repeatedly arranging our every other year Family Vacations. To date, we have not been disappointed in your choices or in the facilities. We often get to the end of the week and think "Can't we stay longer this time?" Also, I personally have thought to myself, "Wow! If only my house was like this!" I do love our home as much as we are to love or enjoy earthly things, but a week living in luxury is always fun. Those weeks also give us memories that last for a long time. We both look forward to our next big whoop-dee-doo! Dollywood, here we come!
Looking forward very much to the vacation in Sevierville!! Also looking forward to connecting with family members.
I seem to be having some challenges posting comments...but I'll try again. Here is a link to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park: https://www.nps.gov/grsm/index.htm
Hi. I commented.
We are working on coming up with the cost estimate for all y'all for the Tennessee vacation.
I need to make sure we have everyone on the list! So far we have -
Viv and Larry
Aunt Karen and Uncle Tom
Uncle Allan
Kiki and Mike - (Daniel?)
Katrina and John
Chris and Wendi - Megan and Grace
Devin and Claire
Mari and Bill
Amanda- Aliana and Jayla (forgive me if I spelled those incorrectly)
Tom E
Matt and Amy (Isaac? depending on his job after Graduation)
If I forgot someone - please add them on to the list. Thanks and God bless your weekend.
I've been checking out some of the national park trails. They look pretty exciting and it seems like many are near Gatlinburg.
Sounds good, Amy. We will rely on you for good advice about their range of difficulty, etc.
Not sure if Amanda and Jayla will come but definitely Bill, Alex Ali and myself
I only posted it yesterday.
👍🤗
Just so this is on record, it appears that it will be the full WTN Weseloh family clan plus the Brooking Weselohs!
Awesome! 😃
The coupon book ends 12/31/2016, but they will update it soon, I'm sure. Here is a link to Hiking Trails

Do check John's link -- it contains a wealth of information.
I found this on the 2016 Smokies Trip Planner:
June through August: Summer in the Smokies means heat, haze, and humidity.
Afternoon showers and thunderstorms are common. Temperatures increase through the
period with July and August afternoon highs in the 90s in the lower elevations. Evening
lows are usually comfortable with readings in the 60s and 70s. In the higher elevations, the weather is much more pleasant. On Mount Le Conte (6,593' elevation), temperatures
above 80°F are extremely rare.
Thanks,John
